To authorize the Director of the Department of Development to modify a grant agreement with the Human Service Chamber Foundation (HSCF) to add additional funds in the amount up to $200,000.00; to authorize a transfer and expenditure within the general fund; and to extend the contract expiration date by six months to June 30, 2025.
