To authorize the Director of the Department of Public Utilities to enter into a construction contract with Danbert Electrical Corporation for the UIRF Franklinton Active Parkways Lighting project; to amend the 2024 Capital Improvement Budget; and to authorize the expenditure of up to $275,427.20 for the project.
