To authorize the Director of the Department of Technology on behalf of the Department of Public Safety, Division of Police, to modify the PremierOne Records Computerized Crime Data Reporting System contract with Motorola Solutions, Inc., to add funds up to $18,780.00 from the direct charge agency, Information Services Operating Fund; and authorize the expenditure of said funds; and to declare an emergency.
