To authorize the Director of Finance and Management to associate all General Budget reservations resulting from this ordinance with the appropriate Universal Term Contract Purchase Agreement for the purchase of radios and programming from Motorola Solutions Inc.; to authorize the transfer of appropriation within the General Fund and the Street Construction, Maintenance, and Repair Fund; to authorize the expenditure of up to $600,000.00 from various city funds; and to declare an emergency.
