To authorize the Municipal Court Clerk to modify and increase the existing contract with Cornerstone Maintenance Services Ltd for additional funds for unforeseen heating, ventilating, and air conditioning unit maintenance services for the Municipal Court Clerk’s Office; to authorize the expenditure of $10,000.00 from the Municipal Court Clerk Computer Fund; and to declare an emergency.
