To authorize and direct the Director of Recreation and Parks to accept a TANF grant in the amount of $39,342.60 and enter into an agreement with the Franklin County Department of Job and Family Services to provide Out-of-School Time Youth programming to low and/or moderate-income youth; to appropriate $39,342.60 to the Recreation and Parks Grant Fund; and to declare an emergency.
