To authorize the Director of the Department of Public Service to accept additional grant funds from the Ohio Department of Transportation in relation to the Pedestrian Safety - PSIP Phase I project; to authorize the City Auditor to appropriate funds within the Federal Transportation Grants Fund for the project; and to declare an emergency.
