To authorize the Board of Health to accept a grant from the Ohio Department of Health in the amount of $125,000.00 for the Dental Sealant program that prevents dental cavities among school children through an evidence-based community approach, to authorize the appropriation of $125,000.00 from the unappropriated balance of the Health Department Grants Fund; and to declare an emergency.
