To authorize the Director of Finance and Management, on behalf of the Office of Construction Management, to enter into a construction contract with Berglund Construction Company for the 77 North Front Street - Curtainwall Sealants project; to authorize a transfer up to $122,000.00 and an expenditure up to $522,000.00 within the Construction Management Capital Improvements Bond Fund; to provide for payment of prevailing wage services to the Department of Public Service; and to amend the 2024 Capital Improvements Budget.
