To authorize the Director of the Department of Development to enter into a grant agreement with Service! to support the operations of Service! Relief for Hospitality Workers; to authorize the transfer and expenditure of up to $100,000.00 from the 2024 General Fund Budget; to authorize expenses incurred prior to the execution of the purchase order; and to declare an emergency.
