To authorize the Director of the Department of Finance and Management to enter into contract with Ace Truck Body, Inc. for the purchase and installation of two (2) F550 Crew Cab Up-Fits for the Division of Water; to authorize the expenditure of $188,990.00 from the Water Operating Fund; and to declare an emergency.
