(PO432141, PO432147, PO432149) to increase the budget by $30,000.00 and extend the period of the agreement through December 31, 2025; to authorize the appropriation and expenditure of $30,000.00 from the HOME Program Entitlement Fund 2201; and to declare an emergency.
