To authorize a transfer between projects within the Safety Bond Fund; to amend the 2024 Capital Improvements Budget; to authorize the Director of the Department of Finance and Management to issue a purchase order to Heritage Fire Equipment, LLC for improvements to Fire Ladder 26 in accordance with the universal term contract established for such purpose; to authorize the expenditure of $94,499.41 from the Safety Bond Fund; and to declare an emergency.
