To authorize the Finance and Management Director to establish various purchase orders for towing services of City Owned Vehicles from Eitel’s Towing Services, Inc. on behalf of the Fleet Management Division, per the terms and conditions of various previously established Universal Term Contracts; to authorize the expenditure of $125,000.00 from the Fleet Management Operating Fund; and to declare an emergency.
