To authorize the Department of Technology, on behalf of the Department of Neighborhoods, to enter into a contract renewal with Granicus, LLC for annual maintenance and other hosting related costs of the 311 Respond System; and to authorize the expenditure of $300,000.00 from the Information Services operating budget for the above-mentioned service.
