To authorize the City Clerk to enter into a not-for-profit service contract with the Government Finance Officers Association in an amount of up to $140,000.00 to facilitate the City’s participation in their Putting Assets to Work initiative; to authorize an appropriation and expenditure within the Jobs Growth subfund; and to declare an emergency.
