To authorize the Director of the Department of Development to enter into a Subaward Not-for Profit Service Contract with Equitas Health, Inc. from January 1, 2025 to December 31, 2025 in an amount of up to $1,109,055.00; to authorize the appropriation of $22,777.44 and the expenditure of $1,109,055.00 of funds utilizing the 2023 and 2024 Housing Opportunities for People with Aids (HOPWA) entitlement grants from the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development; and declare an emergency.
