To authorize the Director of the Office of Violence Prevention to enter into a contract with Opal C’s Catering for food, beverage, and catering services related to violence prevention community outreach and engagement activities; to authorize the transfer of $4,000.00 within the General Fund: to authorize the expenditure of $3,880.00 from the General Fund; to authorize the payment of program expenses beginning November 1, 2024; and to declare an emergency.
