To authorize the Director of the Department of Development to enter into a Grant Agreement with the Columbus Association for the Performing Arts (CAPA) in an amount of up to $700,000.00, to advance the planning, design and construction of The Chapel to continue cultivating and nurturing the performing arts in Columbus and to authorize the expenditure of up to $700,000.00 from the Development Taxable Bond Fund; and to allow for expenditures prior to the Purchase Order.
