To authorize and direct the Director of the Department of Human Resources to enter into a grant agreement with the Ohio BWC and accept a grant in the amount of $7,500.00 for a Cres Guard Mobile Decontamination Moist Heat Cabinet; to authorize the appropriation of $7,500.00 in the General Government Grants Fund; to authorize the expenditure of $7,500.00 from the General Government Grants Fund and $1,500.00 from the General Fund; and to declare an emergency.
