To authorize the Director of the Department Neighborhoods to enter into a non-profit grant agreement with Healthy Neighborhoods Healthy Families (HNHF) Realty Collaborative; to authorize an amendment to the 2024 Capital Improvement Budget; to authorize the transfer of appropriation and cash between departments within the Affordable Housing Taxable Bond Fund; to authorize the expenditure of $500,000.00 from the Affordable Housing Taxable Bond Fund; and to declare an emergency.
