To authorize the Director of the Department of Development to amend the Capital City Improvement Project Grant with The Ohio Historical Society, DBA, Ohio History Connection, to amend the capital improvement project grant agreement authorized by Ordinance No. 2612-2022 to allow the grant to end on December 31, 2025 instead of December 31, 2024; and to declare an emergency.
