To authorize the City Clerk to enter into a grant agreement with the Faith Thomas Foundation, Inc., to reimburse for expenses associated with the Red Diamond Gala; and to authorize an appropriation and expenditure within the Neighborhood Initiatives subfund. ($5,000.00)
