To authorize and direct the City Auditor to establish a certificate in the amount of $850,000.00 to develop and implement a Spring 2025 community violence prevention grant program on behalf of the Office of Violence Prevention; to authorize the transfer of $850,000 within the General Fund; to authorize the expenditure of $850,000.00 from the General Fund; and to declare an emergency.
