To authorize the City Auditor to transfer $50,000.00 between Object Classes within the Civil Service Commission General Fund Budget, and to establish an Auditor’s Certificate on behalf of the Civil Service Commission for the purpose of administering the uniformed examinations for the Department of Public Safety; to authorize the expenditure of $147,837.00 from the General Fund, and to declare an emergency.
