To authorize the Director of the Department of Neighborhoods to enter into a non-profit grant agreement with St. Stephen’s Community Services, Inc. dba St. Stephen’s Community House; to authorize the expenditures up to $35,000.00 from the Department of Neighborhoods General Fund 1000; to authorize the payment of expenses incurred starting September 1, 2024 and prior to the execution of a purchase order; and to declare an emergency.
