To authorize the City Auditor to transfer $300,000.00 between Object Classes within the Civil Service Commission General Fund Budget, to authorize the Director of the Civil Service Commission to enter in a grant agreement with Aspyr for the purpose of administering the 2025-2026 EDGE Program; to authorize the expenditure $300,000.00 from the General Fund; and to declare an emergency.
