To authorize and direct the Board of Health to accept funds from the National WIC Association and any additional funds for 2025 AHEAD 2.0 Translation of Materials Grant; to authorize the appropriation of funds from the unappropriated balance of the Health Department Grants Fund; to authorize the City Auditor to transfer appropriations between object classes for the 2025 AHEAD 2.0 Translation of Materials Grant; and to declare an emergency.
