To amend the 2024 Capital Improvement budget; to authorize the transfer of funds within the Streets and Highways Bond Fund and the Electricity Bond Fund; to appropriate funds within the Street and Highway Non-Bond Fund; to authorize the Director of Public Service to enter into contract with Complete General Construction Company for the Bridge Rehabilitation - Annual Citywide project; to authorize the expenditure of up to $1,257,713.40 from the Electricity Bond Fund, Street and Highway Non-Bond Fund, and the Streets and Highways Bond Fund for the project; and to declare an emergency.
