To authorize the Director of the Department of Finance and Management to enter into a grant agreement with the Franklin County Historical Society dba COSI; to amend the 2024 Capital Improvement Budget; to authorize a transfer within the Construction Management Taxable Fund; and to authorize the expenditure of $300,000.00 from the Construction Management Taxable Fund.
