To authorize the Director of the Department of Finance and Management to establish a contract with Agilent Technologies, Inc. for the purchase of a Triple Quadrupole Liquid Chromatography Mass Spectrometer; to establish a contract with PromoChrom Technologies Ltd. for the purchase of two Solid Phase Extractors for the Department of Public Utilities; to authorize an amendment to the 2024 Capital Improvement Budget; to authorize the appropriation and expenditure of $538,130.45 from the Ohio Water Supply Revolving Loan Fund to pay for these purchases; and to make this ordinance contingent upon the Ohio Water Development Authority approving a loan for this project.
