To amend the 2024 Capital Improvement budget; to authorize the transfer of funds within the Water Bond Fund; to appropriate funds within the OPWC Grants and Loans Fund and the Federal Transportation Grants Fund; to authorize the Director of Public Service to enter into contract with Complete General Construction Company for the Arterial Street Rehabilitation - Cassady Avenue (Bexley Corp to 7th Ave) project; to authorize the expenditure of $11,157,681.54 from the OPWC Grants and Loans Fund, Federal Transportation Grants Fund, Streets and Highways Bond Fund, and the Water Bond Fund for the project; to repay any unused grant funds at the end of the grant period; and to declare an emergency.
