To authorize a transfer between projects within the Safety Bond Fund; to authorize the Director of Finance and Management to issue a purchase order to The W.W. Williams Company, LLC for improvements to Fire Engine XE-32 in accordance with the universal term contract established for such purpose; to authorize an amendment to the 2024 Capital Improvement Budget; to authorize the expenditure of $63,595.34 from the Safety Bond Fund; and to declare an emergency.
