To authorize the Director of the Office of Diversity and Inclusion to enter into a not-for-profit service contract with the YWCA Columbus to conduct a community stakeholder engagement process and develop a racial equity plan for the City of Columbus; to authorize the appropriation and expenditure of $150,000.00 in the Neighborhood Initiatives subfund; and to declare an emergency.
