To authorize the Finance and Management Director to associate the General Budget Reservation resulting from this ordinance with the appropriate Universal Term Contract Purchase Agreement for the purchase of ADS Flow Monitoring Parts and Services for the Division of Sewerage and Drainage, Sewer System Engineering Section; to authorize the expenditure of $220,000.00 from the Sewerage Operating Fund; and to declare an emergency.
