To appropriate funds within the E. Broad Dominion TIF Fund; to authorize the transfer of funds between the E. Broad Dominion TIF Fund and E. Broad Dominion TIF Capital Fund; to appropriate funds within the E. Broad Dominion TIF Capital Fund; to authorize the Director of Public Service to enter into a contract modification with Burgess & Niple in connection with the Arterial Street Rehabilitaton - E. Broad Street - Outerbelt Street to Reynoldsburg-New Albany Road project; to authorize the expenditure of up to $200,000.00 from the E. Broad Dominion TIF Capital Fund for the project; and to declare an emergency. ($200,000.00)
