To authorize the Director of the Department of Recreation and Parks Department, on behalf of the Central Ohio Area Agency on Aging, to enter into a Not for Profit Services Contract with Tony R. Wells Foundation to act as the fiscal administrator for the COAAA Housing Assistance Program; to authorize the expenditure of $400,000.00 from the Recreation and Parks Grant Fund; and to declare an emergency.
