To authorize the Finance and Management Director to associate the General Budget Reservation resulting from this ordinance with the appropriate Universal Term Contract Purchase Agreement for the Rental of Construction Equipment with Operator for the Division of Power; to authorize the expenditure of $75,000.00 from the Electricity Operating Fund.
