To authorize the Director of the Department of Finance and Management to associate all General Budget Reservations resulting from this ordinance with the appropriate current and pending Universal Term Contract Purchase Agreements to provide services to identify, clean-up and dispose of hazardous and non-hazardous wastes for the Division of Power; and to authorize the expenditure of $115,000.00 from the Electricity Operating Fund.
