To authorize and direct the Administrative and Presiding Judge of the Franklin County Municipal Court to accept a grant award from OneOhio Recovery Foundation; to appropriate $450,000.00 from the unappropriated balance of the private grant fund to provide recovery housing; and to declare an emergency.
