To authorize the City Clerk to enter into grant agreements with the not-for-profit entities At Home by High, Clintonville-Beechwold Community Resources Center dba Village in the Ville, Central Community House of Columbus dba Village Central, and Village Connections in support of their shared mission to enable older adults and people with disabilities to live with dignity and independence; to authorize an appropriation and expenditure within the Neighborhood Initiatives subfund; and to declare an emergency.
