To amend ordinance 3072-2024, which was approved by City Council on December 16, 2024; to authorize the Finance and Management Director enter into contract with Axon Enterprise Inc for the purchase of Drones, Software, and Accessories for the Division of Police; to waive the competitive bidding provisions of Columbus City Code; and to authorize the expenditure of $172,000.00 from the Law Enforcement Contraband Fund.
