To authorize the Director of the Department of Technology to renew a contract with GovConnection, Inc. dba Connection Public Sector Solutions for Autodesk software subscriptions and technical support on behalf of the Departments of Public Service, Building and Zoning Services, and Public Utilities; to authorize the expenditure of $138,259.26 from the Information Services Operating Fund for the above-described service; and to declare an emergency.
