To authorize the Director of the Department of Development to enter into a not-for-profit service contract with Columbus Housing Partnership Inc., dba Homeport, for housing counseling services; to authorize the appropriation and expenditure of up to $125,000.00 from the from the General Fund, Income Tax Set-Aside Subfund; and to authorize payment of expenses starting January 1, 2025.
