To authorize the Director of Development to modify the agreement with Columbus Downtown Development Corporation, for the Downtown Ground Floor Growth Initiative program in order to add $500,000.00 to the agreement to continue the work outlined in the scope of work in that agreement; to authorize the expenditure of up to $500,000.00 from the 2025 General Fund budget; and to declare an emergency.
