To authorize the Director of the Department of Public Utilities to modify the design contract with CH2M Hill Engineers for the Laboratory Upgrades Project to add funds for the next phase of services; to authorize an amendment to the 2024 Capital Improvement Budget; to authorize the transfer of cash and appropriation within the Water Bond Fund; and to authorize an expenditure of $357,000.00 within the Water Bond Fund to pay for the contract modification.
