To amend the 2024 Capital Improvement Budget; to authorize the transfer of funds within the General Permanent Improvement Fund; to appropriate funds within the General Permanent Improvement Fund; to authorize the Director of the Department of Public Service to enter into a professional services contract with Abbot Studios for the Facilities - Marion Road Refuse Warehouse Renovation project; and to authorize the expenditure of $500,000.00 from the General Permanent Improvement Fund to pay for this contract.
