To authorize the Director of the Department of Finance and Management, on behalf of the Fleet Management Division, to enter into a renewal contract with Express Wash Holdco LLC (DBA: Moo Moo) for vehicle washing services; to authorize the expenditure of $125,000.00 from the Fleet Management Operating Fund; and to declare an emergency.
