To authorize the Director of the Department of Public Safety, on behalf of the Division of Support Services, to enter into contract with Intergraph Corporation for the 9.4 upgrade to the City's CAD System in accordance with the sole source procurement provisions of the Columbus City Code; to authorize the expenditure of $385,732.37 from the General Fund; and to declare an emergency.
