To authorize the Director of the Department of Public Utilities to modify the contract with Complete General Construction Company for the 2021 General Construction Contract project; to authorize an amendment to the 2024 Capital Improvement Budget; to transfer cash and appropriation between projects within the Storm Bond Fund, the Sanitary Bond Fund and the Water Bond Fund; and to authorize an expenditure of up to $2,500,000.00 to pay for the contract modification.
